Personalised nutrition considers health history, diet and lifestyle; focusing on a review of the whole body rather than just isolated symptoms. Everyone’s starting point is different. We work together to focus on your goals and agree a personalised plan to suit you.

Natural Supplements
Supplements are a great way to provide targeted nutritional support. Not all supplements are made equal. My preference is to recommend natural supplements (without fillers, binders, artificial ingredients and chemicals).
I recommend supplement providers whose products are formulated by nutritionists & medical experts, supported by research to provide supplements in their most bioavailable forms (i.e. you can absorb them!) at the most appropriate dose to ensure maximum benefit.

Functional Testing
Functional testing can provide additional insight with assessment of biomarkers which provide clarity on health in relation to nutritional status, hormone balance, immune function, inflammation, digestive health and microbiome.
I work with various laboratories to provide clients with the option for nutrigenomics, food allergy (IgE), food sensitivity, vitamin & mineral, hormone, & gut testing.
Methods of testing (urine, blood or stool) are dependent upon the type of test recommended.
